Frank Andreu

Founder & CEO

Frank Andreu is the Founder & CEO of FGM Fine Wine & Spirits, a leading shared-sales platform founded in 2019 and based in Miami, FL. A 20 year-industry veteran, Frank has a successful track record of growing leading craft and independent brands via an extensive network of strategic account relationships and deep industry connectivity. He was formerly the Vice-President of Sales for Enlightened Grain Spirits, Area & Market Manager for Edrington Brands, Division Director & RTM Manager for Southern Wine & Spirits and North Florida District Manager for Pernod Ricard.

Kevin Testa

Chief Commercial Officer

From 2012-2021, Kevin was the Managing Partner at Grain & Barrel Spirits where he led the Company to Inc. 5000 Magazine’s 2019, 2020 and 2021 Fastest-Growing private companies in America. He formerly led the innovation portfolio of brands for DIAGEO and spent thirteen years with the E. & J. Gallo Winery in management positions in the US and abroad. Kevin graduated from the University of Florida with a BSBA degree in Finance and has an MBA from Wake Forest University.

Patrick Mitchell

Chief Operating Officer

From 2018 to 2022, Patrick was the Co-Founder of Out East, a premium rosé, champagne and lifestyle brand. He was formerly the Managing Partner of Monarch, a strategy and marketing consultancy which provided bespoke solutions for early-stage companies. He also worked in private equity as a Principal for Northern Gulf Partners and as an investment banking Associate for Lehman Brothers. Patrick received his BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Cancellations are subject to the terms of the Services Agreement executed between FGM Wine & Spirits LLC and Client. Refunds are subject to the discretion of FGM Wine & Spirits LLC based on the nature and circumstances of the consulting service provided. We do not offer exchanges for consulting services.
